Who we are

Maintarium Ltd (company number 17428379), trading as Maintarium Pro, is registered at 12 Rawson Street, Wyke, Bradford, BD12 8PH. We are registered with the ICO under reference ZC234566. For privacy requests, email customerservices@maintarium.com.

How we use information

We use account names, work email addresses, organisation and billing details to provide and administer the service. Customers may use the platform to record maintenance, asset, compliance and workflow information. The customer is normally responsible for personal data it enters about its workers and contacts; Maintarium processes that Customer Data to provide the service.

We also process authentication, security and service-use information to secure accounts, prevent misuse and support the service.

Suppliers and transfers

We use Supabase for authentication, database and storage in West Europe (London), Azure UK West for application hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and OpenAI API services for AI-assisted features. A feature may send the minimum relevant records and a user question to OpenAI to produce a draft report, summary or overview. AI output is advisory and must be reviewed by a competent person. We do not sell personal data or use Customer Data to train general-purpose AI models without separate written agreement.

Retention and rights

We aim to delete customer operational data within three months after contract end, subject to customer instructions, legal holds and statutory records that must be retained longer. You may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by emailing us. If your employer or another customer supplied the data, contact them first. You may also complain to the ICO.
