Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

Use Maintarium Pro only for legitimate business maintenance, asset, compliance and workflow activities, and only by authorised users of your organisation.

You must not

• access another organisation's data, share credentials, bypass security or probe the service;
• upload unlawful, malicious, infringing or deceptive content;
• upload special-category or criminal-offence personal data unless we have expressly agreed appropriate safeguards;
• use AI output as the sole basis for a safety, employment, disciplinary, legal or other significant decision; or
• falsify inspection, maintenance, safety or compliance records.

Enforcement

We may investigate credible misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect people, customers, systems or third parties.
