The business terms for access to and use of Maintarium Pro.
Service agreement
These Terms govern business use of Maintarium Pro. By creating an account, placing an order or using the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept them for that organisation.
The service
Maintarium Pro is a hosted maintenance and compliance workflow service. It supports assets, work orders, preventive maintenance, calibration, PUWER, risk, inventory, reports and associated evidence. It is a recordkeeping and workflow tool; it does not replace competent-person assessment, safe systems of work, statutory duties, engineering judgement or professional advice.
Free plans, payments and access
The Free plan has no time limit and includes up to 20 assets, 1 manager and 5 operational users. No card is required and no payment is taken automatically. Additional capacity requires an agreed paid subscription or approved invoice arrangement. We may suspend access for non-payment, material breach or security reasons, acting reasonably.
Customer responsibilities
You must keep credentials secure, manage your authorised users, provide lawful Customer Data, obtain necessary rights to uploaded content, and retain any independent records your legal, safety or business-continuity duties require.
AI assistance
AI-generated reports, summaries and overviews can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are advisory only. A competent person must review and approve every output before use. Do not rely on AI output alone for decisions affecting safety, employment, legal rights or compliance.
Data protection
Our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Data Processing Addendum form part of these Terms where applicable.
